THE FINE PRINT

• Delivery is 48-72 hours.  Can do 24-hr turnaround time with extra rush charge.
• I am able to keep your costs minimal because these are video templates.  Any modifications, no matter how small they seem to you, require a complete re-edit and rendering of the material which adds many hours to the project.  I am unable to offer previews or client edits.  A video situation like that typically costs over $1000.
• I will correct any errors that I make at no charge. Any additional editing, changes, etc. that you would like make after the fact is $50 per hour.
• Please be sure all instructions of what you do/don’t want filmed or text info you do/don’t want included is accurate and supplied to me before the video is edited.
• Script is agent’s responsibility.
• We provide Female Voice Over talent, if you want male or a specific voice, you would supply.
• Inquire about high-resolution still photos of your property.  I can take photos and give you a choice via Dropbox of what to use for your listing.  Add’l charges apply.
